Dear food and wine lovers,
Originally from Budapest, Hungary, and after residing in different countries, I moved to the Principality of Monaco with my wife Celina in 2003. My passion is cooking and wines, and of course receiving friends at home for a good meal. I enjoy shopping at the open market in the Principality where I frequent my favourite suppliers, as well as venturing in the markets of other areas while on vacations.
I have had the pleasure of personally meeting some of the greatest Michelin-star chefs such as, Joel Robuchon, Alain Ducasse, Yannick Alleno, Ronan Kervarec, Daniel Boulud, Frederic Anton, Jacques Chibois, Patrick Raingeard, Antonio Salvatore, to name a few.
My preferred wines are from Bordeaux, Piemonte, Tuscany and Burgundy, where I had the honor of being inducted as Chevalier du Tastevin at the Chateau of Clos de Vougeot in 2012, at the same time as Chef Michel Troigros.
